Rental Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Must have a valid Drivers License (No Temporary).
3. No Open web shoes ( sandals, flip flops, crocks).
4. Must sign Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement.
5. Major Credit Card required for security deposit.
6. Rider may not have Passengers on 49cc scooters

If renting larger then 49cc (125cc or Larger)

1. Valid Drivers License with Motorcycle  Endorsement (No Temporary)
2. Must be 21 years of age
